Harman’s Steak and Absinthe Bar, which made its first appearance as part of EAF 2014, returned to Ltd Ink Corporation at Leith Docks as the A-Bar II (2017). The bar examines investment in the arts and the different shapes this could potentially take if we allow ourselves to move away from the accepted funding bodies in favour of a more democratic approach.
